PRACTICAL • PERMANENT • SUSTAINABLE

We recently had work done by Patribeck construction, were pleased with final outcome and had a good experience overall. The job was to remove all down spouts and gutters, replace damaged wood fascia (dry rot), clad the fascia in aluminium cladding custom formed to fit the existing fascia profile and replace all gutters and down spouts with color matched materials. It took a bit of back and forth to agree on the scope of the job and exactly what we wanted done but once that was determined there were no issues. We did have more than one quote for the job and Patribeck was competitive, actually within a few dollars of the quote from another firm I would have gone with. Not necessarily the least expensive of the lot but right there with others we felt were capable, trustworthy and reliable. Throughout our project the workmen that visited were professional, pleasant, good to deal with and are focused on the job. The work site was kept tidy and the work progresses steadily. The fascia repair, cladding, gutters and downspouts look great. The fascia is very clean and even across all sides of the house and set a good foundation for the gutters. The gutters match very well and the overall look is very professional and trim. I would use Patribeck again and in fact we will be getting a quote for exterior painting we want done.
